Anyone with a valid Armstrong Township Public Library card can access the resources on Libby, a free app that you can download on your devises.
The Armstrong Township Public Library now serves the villages of Earlton, Charlton and Thornloe, as well as the townships of Armstrong, Charlton/Dack and Kerns.
Books, Audio Books and Periodicals (Magazines) are available free of charge.
